Evolve™ Referral Program is super easy! We will give you $150 for every referral when they make their first purchase of Evolve™ Dry Eye Relief.
Can I refer multiple clinicians?
There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make or how much money you earn! We appreciate your ongoing support.
Who can I refer to earn rewards?
The referee must be an eye care professional located in Canada. They must not have placed an Evolve™ Dry Eye Relief order previously.
When do I get paid?
You will receive your reward by email as soon as the referee makes the first purchase of Evolve™ Dry Eye Relief.
Do referral rewards expire?
You must redeem your reward within 3 months. Don’t worry, we will remind you to redeem them!
