Directions
Place one drop into each eye.

Sodium hyaluronate 0.2% w/v

As SODIUM HYDROXIDE is added to the formulation, it instantly separates into its parts - sodium and hydroxide (a component of water), to ensure the ideal pH on the eye.

Evolve™ Intensive Gel contains sodium hyaluronate 0.2% w/v, carbomer 980 0.2% w/v, glycerol, sorbitol, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide and water.

The expiration date is marked on the external box and the bottle. Once opened, the bottle should be discarded after 3 months of use to ensure sterility.
